It was a pleasure to host a superb masterclass with world-class cellist, Steven Isserlis, earlier this week. The day was a great success and enjoyed by many.
During the masterclass, Steven worked with the Kanneh-Mason Trio and the Bukolika piano trio, to perfect the Beethoven Piano Trio in Eb Op.1 No.1 and Dvořák Piano Trio No.4 in E minor ‘Dumky’.
Both pieces were performed at a showcase concert that evening, to fundraise for the annual Highgate International Chamber Music Festival, which begins on Saturday 25th November.
