Congratulations to our friend Johan Dalene on winning the 2017 Thomas and Evon Cooper International Competition. The violinist won first prize following his performance with the Cleveland Symphony of Tchaikovsky’s violin concerto. Johan’s performance was superb and extremely memorable and brought the whole audience immediately to their feet. Our team has been exhibiting instruments at Oberlin Conservatory of Music’s Warner Concert Hall and met up with Johan afterwards.
